Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd expands Merlo partnership with agricultural franchise appointment

Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as an authorised Merlo agricultural dealer, with effect from 1 February 2026, expanding its existing partnership with the Merlo brand from construction into agriculture.

The appointment builds on Ernest Doe’s recent introduction of Merlo telehandlers within its construction division and will now see the full Merlo agricultural telehandler range available across the company’s 19 branches, supported by dedicated sales and service teams. This expansion reflects growing customer demand for versatile, high-performance materials handling solutions capable of supporting modern farming operations.

“We are pleased to be extending our relationship with Merlo into agriculture. Telehandlers play an increasingly important role on today’s farms, and Merlo’s range is well regarded for its performance, innovation and reliability. Expanding the franchise across our agricultural branches allows us to offer customers greater choice, supported by the service levels they expect from Ernest Doe.”

The Merlo agricultural franchise will officially commence on 1 February 2026, with the full Merlo agricultural telehandler range on display at the 66th Doe Show, taking place on 3, 4 and 5 February at Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd’s Ulting headquarters. Customers will also be able to meet members of the Ernest Doe team on the Merlo stand at LAMMA Show 2026.
