We also offer technical advice, out-of season servicing and service support. Should you be experiencing any difficulties with your big baler, a telephone call to Marlesford branch may be sufficient in providing help and advice to solve any difficulty in the first instance or to keep the unit running until a service technician can be dispatched.
We provide a high standard of support which is essential in order to meet the needs of our customers and this is co-ordinated by Robin Day, our Service Manager. We aim to respond as quickly as possible to all calls and to ensure the relevant support to is in place.
In our parts department we have genuine parts, special harvest kits, twine, crop preservative kits and additives.
We offer a dedicated parts phone line for ‘out of hours’ and can check availability of parts within both Ernest Doe and New Holland. This not only ensures that ‘downtime’ is kept to a minimum; it shows our commitment to understanding and meeting customer requirements.
We endeavour to offer a wide range of products to our big baler customers and created the harvest kit specifically with baler owners and operators in mind which has been proven by many customers to be a ‘life saver’ in the field. In the event of a problem these kits can literally mean the difference between a quick-fix or a call-out!
