Specialist trained service technicians are located in selected branches across East Anglia

Should a customer be experiencing any difficulties with their baler, a call to Marlesford branch may be sufficient to provide the customer with enough help and advice to solve any difficulty in the first instance or to keep the unit running until a service technician can be dispatched.

We provide a high standard of support which is essential in order to meet the needs of our customers.

All our service vans are equipped with mobile phones, which are supervised from the baler centre, which enable us to respond quicker to call-outs.

Raw Material
New Holland Q-TWINE is manufactured under a Quality Assurance System certified by ISO 9002, using the highest grade raw material. Every spool is guaranteed to give the correct length, strength and knotting performance and is fully established to offer maximum protection against degradation from harmful U.V. radiation






Strength
All New Holland Q-TWINE Standard, Fine and Big Bale twines are manufactured using single tape yarn ensuring a precise and uniform twist, eliminating knotter hang-ups, which cannot be achieved when using a 2 or 3 ply material yarn. To achieve optimum knotting properties, all New Holland Q-TWINE Big Bale twine is highly fibrillated. This also guarantees that the twist is uniformely applied to the twine to allow trouble free operation through the twine guides and knotter mechanis





Unique Spool Identicication
Each spool of New Holland Q-TWINE carries it’s own unique ID to ensure full trace-ability after manufacture, essential when attending to product queries and confirm full details of the twine’s production history. The ID tag is carried directly on the spool top, making sure it remains with the spool at all tim






The ‘easy feed’ spool system provides a wider spool centre from which twine is drawn allowing it to run free and easier from the spool centre with kinking. This eliminates problems in the twine guides and knotter mechanism.
